Technic 5-Tank Electroplating System
- Two electroplating baths: Gold and Silver
- Two drag-out tanks
- One hot de-ionized water rinse tank
- Electroplating baths can be swapped to accept different plating chemistry
- All plating chemisty is "non-cyanide" based
- Ability to up-plate wafers or substrates from compatible seed layers
- Currently being modified to be able to electroplate metal parts
- Equipment located outside of clean room
